Hi, Im Andrew and I have been teaching students since 2004 in a range of Science and Medicine units. I've been working as a biomedical research scientist and have worked and taught at universities across Australia and Germany. I have taught units ranging from anatomy, physiology, medicine, neuroscience, chemistry, physics and also GAMSAT content. I really enjoy trying to make learning as fun as possible, and by allowing you the time and space to ask questions. I also try to figure out how you learn best whether it be through worked examples, or through pictures/ diagrams, or simply by talking about the content. Because I have taught at a range of Universities with students of various backgrounds, I am able to adjust my teaching to suit almost any style. I try to create a relaxed environment when teaching which means you can learn at your own pace, and without any additional stress. When I was a student, I always used to look for a tutor who would be more like a friend to me. The same theory I want to apply with my students as well. There should be a friendly relationship between a teacher and a student so that the student is comfortable enough to discuss and ask any question no matter how silly it is.
